Samples Policy

We are more than happy to provide samples for you to check fabric, sizes, etc. In most cases we can provide an exact match for your request, but occasionally we may need to supply a close but not exact size or colour. We can also provide sizing guides for all garments to assist with size selection and in some cases we have fabric swatches available.

We can make the samples available at our address or send them to you. If you wish to take them away or have them sent to you, we will require a deposit to cover the cost of the items and postage if they are being sent to you. The deposit (less postage) will be fully refunded to you once the samples are returned in re-saleable order and condition within 14 days. If there is any damage to the samples or to the labels/packaging which renders them unsuitable for future sale, or if the samples are not returned, we regret that we will be unable to refund the deposit.

Alternatively, if you are happy with the sample and place an order, we will include the sample as part of the order and provide you with a credit for the sample on your final invoice.

Sizing Sets

For clients with 20+ employees, we are able to arrange a Sizing Set for your uniform items. The Sizing Set will be provided at a substantial discount to the normal cost of the product, in order to assist you with sizes. You may return the complete Sizing Set once all sizes have been determined and we will refund the cost provided all items are returned to us in re-saleable condition within 21 days. Alternatively, you may keep the Sizing Set for future use by new employees.

Onsite Sizing

For clients with 20+ employees, we can also conduct a sizing day at your workplace to allow employees to try on and see the uniform items. A Corporate Wear West representative will be present to answer any questions and take details of which sizes are required for each employee.
